Administrator CTA Bond

Administrator CTA Bonds

If someone passes away with a will, but the person named as Executor is unable or unwilling to serve, the Court may appoint an Administrator CTA to handle the estate. The Administrator CTA is responsible for managing and settling the estate according to the will and Virginia law. The Virginia Court may require an Administrator CTA to obtain a surety bond as part of the qualification process. Our experienced bond team will guide you through the bond application and approval process, and help make sure your bond is in place for your Court appointment.
